Focused cell
Drag the numbered grip to reorder or move a task. On compact screens, a large 3×3 drop board opens; release over slot 1, 2, or 3 in the destination cell.
Keep holding the task, choose a cell and numbered slot on the drop board, then release.

Adjust text size
Small changes are saved separately for large and small screens and included in backups.
Tag definitions
Define the characters you use for projects, people, status, labels, places, or your own categories.
Custom priority pattern
Place priorities 2–8 anywhere between fixed cell 1 at High/Now and cell 9 at Low/Later. The pattern also controls Ordered List priority.
Reminder delivery
A scheduled date and time sends nothing by itself unless a task reminder is selected. Reminder processing runs at an administrator-selected 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, or 60 minute clock interval. Each reminder is assigned to the boundary on or before its requested time, so delivery may be early rather than late.
Time zone
Task times are stored in UTC and displayed in the local time zone of each device. This account time zone is used when formatting reminder email or log output.
History
Review, restore, or permanently delete completed, skipped, and cancelled tasks.

Your tag definitions

No tag characters are currently defined. Add them in Settings.
Tag conventions
Tag definitions
Assign your own meaning to a character. Definitions guide consistent entry and filtering; they do not alter existing task text.
Priority order
Custom grid pattern
High/Now is always priority 1 and Low/Later is always priority 9. Choose where priorities 2–8 belong. Selecting a number automatically swaps it with the cell that currently has that number.
Grid orientation may transpose the display, but it does not change which logical cell receives each custom priority number.
